Place your Popsicle sticks on a table. They are easily available in all general stores. Paint or decorate them all in different colors. Don't feel like getting out the paints? No problem. Color them up with crayons or markers. too.

You'll see some other options for decorating at the end of this post too. Now take four of your dry stick and lay them out parallel to one another.

Paint the spoon "stem" with green paint as well as the styrofoam cups. On the top, use brown paint to make the "dirt." Once the flowers are dry, stick them in the upside-down cup and you're done! So cute.

Let the popsicle sticks dry. As you can see, the red popsicle stick bled a little bit onto the yellow. Re-paint your sticks now. Glue on the eye after the sticks are completely dry.

Other option is to decorate the fish with glitter or sequins. You can color the sticks completely or make your own patterns. This is a really simple craft and a lot of fun for kids.
